Krisi Davis, CCAM. The address is 223 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd, Suite 202, Thousand Oaks CA 91360.

Financial Management:

In-house financial management is provided by Paradigm Association Management Group which is part of your low monthly management fee! There is NO added cost for the benefit of financial management! Imagine the service that your association will receive when a team of professional managers at Paradigm are partnered with a full in-house accounting department.

The Paradigm accounting staff processes payables daily and receivables on the 1st and 15th of each month. Calls can be handled at Paradigm and forwarded to the accounting department who prides themselves on returning all calls on the same day! Additionally, they are available to take owner calls and e-mails regarding their accounts.

The Paradigm accounting staff works closely with the Specialty Markets Group at Wells Fargo Bank.

This hybrid management model is unique to Paradigm and is part of the reason why your community should experience the Paradigm shift!

Leadership:

Krisi Davis, CCAM, Owner and Chief Executive Officer, brings over a decade of association management expertise and industry experience with her. A published author and MBA student, Ms. Davis has extensive management experience in builder transitions; condominium and planned unit development management and focuses on communities in need of special services including pending litigation, re-construction, and deferred maintenance and funding concerns.

Paradigm holds the WBE (Women Business Enterprise) certification and Ms. Davis is a proud member of the National Association of Women Business Owner (NAWBO). Ms. Davis is also a member of the International Guild of Women Authors (IGWA), California Association of Community Managers and Community Association Institute. The California Association of Community Managers recognized Krisi as a Vision Award nominee for her focus on environmental concerns and efforts to keep the Paradigm communities green.

Ms. Davis serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the homeowners association in which she resides. In addition to serving as a contributing author for CAI Chapter magazines, Ms. Davis is also proud to serve as the 2009 committee chair of the CAI-CIC Workshops and Essentials “ABC” educational committees.

As the owner of Paradigm, Krisi believes in giving back to the community. The Paradigm family volunteers for Project Playhouse (www.projectplayhouse.com) and supports Habitat for Humanity. Paradigm is pleased to support the Nicole Parker Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping children. A percentage of all gross profits are donated to further the cause.
