Paradigm is proud to manage large planned unit developments such as the Big Sky Community Association in Simi Valley to the enclave customized spec home communities such as Lynn Ranch Estates and all types in between. Paradigm provides full service management to all types of community associations: condominium, planned unit development, conversion, site condo and townhomes.
Krisi Davis, CCAM, Chief Executive Officer, brings over a decade of association management expertise and industry experience with her. A published author and MBA student, Ms. Davis has extensive management experience in builder transitions; condominium and planned unit development management; and communities in need of special services including pending litigation, re-construction, and deferred maintenance and funding concerns.
Paradigm employs a team of experienced professionals to exceed the expectations of our clients. Technology is key to providing our customized service. Each member of the Paradigm team works with a fully networked lap top computer so we bring the office to you! Power point presentations can be projected during your board meetings and financial resources are available at the click of the mouse. New programs including Yardi Voyager, Full-Focus and SmartProperty.com were unveiled to our clients and each now benefit from their many useful components and reports. Each member of the team is provided with a Blackberry to which all e-mail messages are forwarded making a prompt turn around standard operating procedure. A state of the art phone system forwards messages left at the office to our Blackberry so we are aware of the information immediately. Gone are the days of hearing "I'll have to check and get back to you" at your meetings- we bring the office with us!
